The Return of Casa Cultura.
We are proud to announce that Casa Cultura has returned!
Founded in 2012 as a grassroots Latino arts and culture initiative, Casa Cultura has always been about preserving and celebrating the richness of our heritage. From the early days activating community spaces such as our own home, neighborhood blocks, public parks, and stages at Passage Theatre, Ellarslie Museum, and Art All Night, to opening our first dedicated space in 2016, Casa Cultura has been a home for creativity, storytelling, and connection. Even when we became “un lugar sin paredes” (a place without walls) in 2018, our mission carried on across Trenton.

Now, entering a new era, Casa Cultura has found a new home in the heart of Trenton. We are being intentional about how this new chapter takes shape. Over the past months, we have been in conversation with community leaders, artists, and neighbors, listening deeply, gathering ideas, and ensuring that Casa Cultura reflects not just our history but the shared vision and voice of the community itself.
This is more than a reopening. This is a revival and a new invitation to create, dream, and grow together.
Join Us for the Open House
We invite you to be part of this next chapter by joining us for our Open House on Saturday, September 20th, from 12 to 6 p.m. The event will be part of Art All Day, organized by our partners at Artworks Trenton.
This will be a special opportunity to experience Casa Cultura firsthand. You will be able to tour our new space, learn more about our mission and programs, and meet some of the artists, leaders, and community members shaping the journey forward.

The day will be filled with art, music, and community, a celebration of everything that makes Casa Cultura unique. Whether you are an artist looking for connection, a supporter of Latino heritage, or simply curious about what is ahead, this is your chance to discover how you can be part of Casa Cultura’s future.
Supporting the Mission
As we reopen, our fundraising efforts are in full swing. Every contribution directly supports Casa Cultura’s mission and programming, from art exhibitions and workshops to music, storytelling, and cultural events that strengthen our community.
One of our key fundraising efforts is the Founders Project, a special opportunity to be recognized as a cornerstone of Casa Cultura’s revival. Donors who contribute at one of the four levels will have their names honored permanently on the walls of Casa Cultura, a living tribute to those who believe in our mission and choose to invest in its future.
Of course, every donation matters. Whether through the Founders Project or a one-time contribution, your support helps keep Casa Cultura alive and thriving. We encourage you to visit our website to learn more about ways to give and to join us in shaping this movement.

A Beautiful Conclusion
Casa Cultura has always been more than a space. It is a vision, a heartbeat, and a gathering place for stories, creativity, and community. As we step into this new chapter, we do so with gratitude for the past, energy for the present, and hope for the future.
We welcome you to celebrate with us, get involved, and carry this vision forward. Together, we are Casa Cultura.
